Dr. & Master Zhi Gang ShaTeaching live, both days

As seen in

For as long as there has been human beings, there has been people who refused to accept that decline is the whole story.

Not people who denied aging.

People who asked a different question.

Not "how long can I live?"

But what is actually leaking away, and can it be replenished?

Ancient Chinese wisdom has an answer, and a name for it.

What Is Fan Lao Huan Tong:返老还童?

Fan Lao Huan Tong is not about changing the physical frame or appearance, but rather about refining one's Jing (matter) and Qi (vital energy) to return to the primal, pure Yang state.

The teaching this workshop rests on

Creation runs one way. It can also be reversed.

Lao Zi, in his revered, profound classic, Dao De Jing, taught the flow of Dao (or Tao) creation:

  1. Tao creates One.
  2. One creates Two.
  3. Two creates Three.
  4. Three creates all things in countless planets, stars, galaxies, and universes.

Dr. and Master Sha, a Tao grandmaster, channel, and servant, received the wisdom of Tao reverse creation:

  1. One returns to Tao.
  2. Two returns to One.
  3. Three returns to Two.
  4. All things return to Three.

Received by Dr. and Master Sha, 2026

In 2026, Dr. and Master Sha received the following evocative "application" of Tao normal creation and Tao reverse creation as regards a human being's lifespan:

1 / 5

Following the natural flow gives birth; reversing it attains immortality.

Why Is Fan Lao Huan Tong:返老还童 Possible?

Because it has been done. Three figures in the Daoist tradition are remembered not for what they taught alone, but for how long they lived while teaching it — and each reached it by a different road.

Guang Cheng Zi:廣成子 — through stillness

Guang Cheng Zi was the teacher of the Yellow Emperor, and thus carries the honorific of "First Imperial Teacher." He did his xiu lian (cultivation of body, energy, consciousness, and light) in a stone chamber on Kongtong Mountain and was said to have lived for 1,200 years without any signs of aging.

When the Yellow Emperor asked him about The Way, Guang Cheng Zi taught: "The essence of the Supreme Dao is deep and obscure. Do not look, do not listen; embrace the spirit in stillness, and the form shall rectify itself."

Guang Cheng Zi entered the Dao through stillness.

Lao Zi:老子 — through wisdom

Lao Zi, the author of Dao De Jing, is considered to be the founder of Daoism. His core wisdoms are "Dao is nature's way" and "govern by non-action" to open the way of "long life and lasting vision."

The Records of the Grand Historian say that Lao Zi lived for more than 160 years — some accounts say more than 200 — because he cultivated the Dao and received nourishment for longevity. Later generations honor him as Tai Shang Lao Jun, the supreme sovereign and deity of Daoism.

Lao Zi entered the Dao through his teachings and wisdom.

Zhang Sanfeng:张三丰 — through movement

Zhang Sanfeng is recorded as born in 1247 and died in 1458 — two hundred and eleven years across the Song, Yuan, and Ming dynasties. He is the founding patriarch of the Wudang school and the creator of Tai Chi.

He integrated Daoist yin-yang principles into martial arts, advocating overcoming motion with stillness and following nature. He wrote works such as Da Dao Lun, Xuan Yao Pian, and Wu Gen Shu, spreading internal alchemy through popular songs.

Zhang Sanfeng entered the Dao through martial arts.

Major Principles and Practices of Fan Lao Huan Tong:返老还童

  1. Refine Jing into Qi, Build the Base and Patch All Leaks

Preserve kidney essence, breathe, and circulate. Fill the losses from youth, let nothing leak or spill. This is the first great secret of rejuvenation.

  2. Refine Qi into Shen, Attain Fetal Breathing

Imitate the infant in the womb, turning acquired (postnatal) back to prenatal. Nourish the spirit and return to emptiness, return to the Source and restore life.

  3. Accumulate Virtue, Act Selflessly

Gain Yin virtue, with an unbothered heart. Break the illusion of self, create without possessing. Act without relying, and Heaven and Earth will restore your vitality.

You will practice all three across the two days.

    What modern science observes

Four places where life leaks away

Modern biology has mapped, in considerable detail, where decline happens in the body. It has not resolved how to reverse it. The Daoist tradition approached the same question from the opposite end. This workshop is concerned with that second approach.

Illustration of DNA double helix strands

    DNA the master blueprint

DNA is the "master blueprint" stored in the cell nucleus, encoding all life traits with four chemical building blocks called nitrogenous bases. Telomere caps are protective caps found at the ends of chromosomes. They protect DNA by stopping chromosome ends from fraying, tangling, or sticking to other chromosomes. Telomere caps shorten with each cell division; when critically short, they trigger cellular senescence and apoptosis, a regulated form of programmed cell death that permits clean elimination of damaged or unnecessary cells. Telomere shortening is considered a hallmark of aging, and lengthening telomeres remains a major scientific challenge for rejuvenation.

Illustration of a single-stranded RNA molecule

    RNA the copyist and messenger

RNA serves as the "copyist and messenger" of DNA. One key function of RNA is to convert the genetic code stored in DNA to functional proteins. In particular, RNA plays a key role in maintaining telomerase, which is itself a ribonucleoprotein composed of an RNA component and a reverse transcriptase (a type of enzyme). Telomerase is naturally found in human cells and plays a critical role in cellular aging by managing the telomeres. Emerging RNA therapeutics are being explored to promote healthy aging with high specificity and low toxicity.

Illustration of a mitochondrion showing cristae folds

    Mitochondria the chief dispatcher

Mitochondria are the cell's "chief dispatcher" with three powers deciding lifespan: high-efficiency energy production and control as the "powerhouses of the cell"; alarm signaling to activate repair; and controlling apoptosis and triggering self-destruction to clear cellular debris, a quality control function. Mitochondrial dysfunction is a primary driver of aging, and protecting them through diet and exercise is essential.

Illustration of stem cells with clustered nuclei

Stem cells the foundation of lifespan

Stem cells are undifferentiated cells with self-renewal and multipotent capacity, forming the very foundation of lifespan. Stem cell aging drives organ decline.

Science as tool, cultivating mind as foundation.

Our previous studies have shown that mindfulness practices involving Tao Calligraphy may improve symptoms of depression and pain, support individuals with various health conditions, and positively affect overall well-being. Our most recent research project also found that mindfulness practice involving Tao Calligraphy may positively influence telomere length. Telomere length (TL) has emerged as a potential biomarker of aging. Studies have shown that longer telomeres are associated with greater longevity, whereas shorter telomeres are associated with a shorter lifespan.

    From the Tao Science Team

    Tao Science

    Dr Rulin Xiu

    Dr. Rulin Xiu

Tao Science is a discipline that integrates ancient Tao wisdom with quantum physics. It offers a new interpretation of quantum physics—one that makes it possible to study the soul, spiritual heart, mind, consciousness, life, healing, and manifestation at the quantum level. It brings science and spirituality together at the most fundamental level.

Tao Science addresses, at the quantum level, what everything is made of and how everything is created. It empowers people to manifest their dreams and to heal and transform physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual challenges at their root cause. With the insight from ancient Chinese wisdom, Tao Science derives a grand unified theory in physics, using a single mathematical formula to describe and investigate all aspects of existence. With more than twenty published peer-reviewed papers, it offers a rigorous and transformative scientific foundation for understanding life and creation.

Tao Science studies life at the quantum level. It finds that life is a quantum information system capable of systematically maintaining, developing, and transmitting positive information corresponding to states of quantum coherence, order, and negentropy. Aging is the net accumulation of “negative information”—disorder, decoherence, and entropy—within a biological system. Conversely, longevity reflects the sustained ability to counteract aging by maintaining and enhancing “positive information.” The hallmarks of aging, such as mitochondrial dysfunction, telomere attrition, and cellular senescence, are physical manifestations of underlying informational degradation.

In this longevity program (Fan Lao Huan Tong program), Master Sha downloads Source vibrational field—the purple Tao soul light field—into the DNA, bringing the Source field and the blueprint of longevity to recipients. This transmission instantly shifts the recipient’s quantum field and infuses it with Source positive information to enhance life. Because this field remains connected with the Source, recipients can continue to access it at any time to receive additional positive information for ongoing transformation.

Beyond receiving the download, this longevity program also helps participants address the root causes of aging at the interconnected levels of soul (information content), spiritual heart (information receiver), mind (information processor), energy, and matter. By systematically clearing informational blockages and cultivating coherence across these levels through dedicated practices, participants can experience profound and dramatic increases in health-span.
